Transfers
I have registered for the 2013 Point to Pint, but cannot ride. Can I get a refund?
No, your ride fee is nonrefundable.

Can I transfer my spot?
Sorry, no transfers

Is there a time limit for either ride?
Full Pint riders have 8 hours and Half Pint riders have 5 hours to complete the course. If you are still on either course beyond 5:00pm you will be picked up by our SAG vehicle and returned with your bicycle to Empire Brewing Company. There will great food and a cold beer waiting for you!  Alternatively, if you aren't back at Empire by 5pm, you're most likely going to miss out on the food and drink!

Can I leave a change of clothes somewhere at the finish?
Please plan on leaving a change of clothes in your car as we have limited storage space at Empire for gear bags. Upon your arrival at Empire, please secure your bike prior to attending the post-event party at Empire as we cannot be responsible for bicycles during the post-event party.

Can I pick up my packet before ride day?
Pre-ride bib pick up will be at Syracuse BIcycle at 2540 Erie Blvd, E., Syracuse, NY on Saturday, August 18th from 10-5pm.

I'm a different size than I thought I would be. Can I change my t-shirt size?
No. We order a t-shirt just for you based on the size you chose on the registration form.  

Support
What can I expect at the water stops?
There are two full rest stops scheduled on both courses, and plenty of convenience stores along the route in case of emergency needs.

Mechanical?
Professional bike mechanics from Syracuse Bicycle will be on course and stationed at start. Riders must be bike savvy and prepared to fix their own flats and basic bike problems.

Parking
There is ample parking available at the parking garage right across the street from Empire Brewery in Armory Square. 
 
Getting My Bike To Syracuse
I live out of town, can I ship my bike to you before the ride and pick it up on ride day?
Yes. Syracuse Bicycle will provide this service! They can take receipt of your bike, put it together, bring it to the event and mail/repackage/ship it to you after the event for a $75 fee, not including shipping charges.
